December 6th – 2013 – Colley Elevator awarded new construction elevator project at Great Lakes Naval Base for the new Drug Screening Laboratory building.
November 21st – 2013 – Colley Elevator successfully prequalified as a State of Illinois elevator contractor with the Capital Development Board through 2016. Colley is one of three elevator companies to complete elevator maintenance, elevator modernization and elevator construction with State of Illinois Capital Development funding.
October 17th – 2013 – Colley Elevator awarded DuPage Airport's elevator cylinder replacement.
September 17th – 2013 – Colley Elevator awarded Villa Park Library elevator modernization project.
August 8th – 2013 – Colley Elevator awarded the Highland Park Water Treatment Plant elevator modernization project.
August 2nd – 2013 – Colley Elevator completes adding penthouse landing on the hydraulic elevator modernization at College of DuPage SRC #2 elevator.
April 16th – 2013 – Colley Elevator Provides River Forest, IL Fire Department with fireman's service & life safety elevator training.
March 16th – 2013 – Colley Elevator awarded hydraulic elevator #2 modernization at Maine East High School - Park Ridge, IL.
February 23rd – 2013 – Colley Elevator has retained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau as of 2/23/13 and had a complaint free year in the 2012 year for elevator service & repair in the Chicago area.
January 14th – 2013 – City of Chicago will be requiring all elevator single bottom bulk head cylinders replaced by 1/1/13. This mandate date was maintained by the City of Chicago Building Department.
