(January 12, 2024) –On January 23rd, we’ll be hosting our ‘Elevator 101’ course at Moretti’s Ristorante & Pizzeria in Morton Grove. The course is approved by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill one hour of continuing education requirements for the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification.
During this lunch & learn presentation, we’ll discuss:

• Governing codes & certification requirements
• Common elevator violations
• Fireman’s service exercise & hoist way access
• Testing requirements
• Obsolete equipment
• Maintenance agreements
• Modernization projects
Our goal is to provide community association managers and property managers with a better understanding of their elevator equipment. It will be given by our Managing Partner, Craig Zomchek who is one of the company’s Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certified staff.
