March 15, 2021 – Today we are proud to officially announce the expansion of our office with the acquisition of 7,000 sqf of overflow warehouse space. Located in a neighboring facility at 232 William Street, the additional capacity is added to the previous 14,000 sqf space, positioning us to expand our footprint in the local market.

As one of the largest independent elevator contractors in the Chicagoland area, the increased space is needed to store larger elevator components as we broaden our new installation and modernization portfolios. It will enable us to separate inventory for larger projects from the replacement parts needed to support the nearly 1900 elevators we service under maintenance contracts.

We are planning an open house to showcase the new facility and will announce details at a later date.
