Elevator consulting – We are available to assist in the beginning stages of modernization for buildings/design teams who may need some assistance in generating a good elevator scope of work. More and more we are finding design teams who are very competent in all other aspects of building renovation who could use a knowledgeable person to assist in writing a scope of work and understanding work by others. While elevator construction, elevator modernization, elevator service & elevator maintenance are our core competencies having an educated general contractor, design team, building owner/condominium association or construction manager is in the best interest of everyone involved so the project can go off smoothly as possible.

Elevator inspection for buy/sell inspections – When someone is purchasing a building with an elevator the major unknown is the elevator. A regular building inspector does not have the domain knowledge to complete a thorough inspection and write a report. We are seeing more and more people engaging elevator professionals to insulate themselves from buying a good building with a bad elevator, or to have a general understanding of where in the life cycle the elevator is and future costs.
